Two training sessions on Monday
May 21st, 2006 | By: Bruno | No Comments »
After having the afternoon off on Sunday, Costa Rica returns to training on Monday. Full sessions have been scheduled for 9am and 4:30pm local time. With a strong training regime, players and management hope to iron out the last problems the team may still present before the debut at the World Cup. Despite not registering any injuries during the warmup match on Saturday against a local amateur side, the team had a special training session for Paulo Wanchope and Alvaro Mesen in the gym on Sunday. The rest of the team train in the morning at the Europa Park outdoor training grounds.
