Radio ban doesn’t last
June 5th, 2006 | By: Bruno | No Comments »
Journalists from a Costa Rican radio station were not allowed to follow the team’s training session on Sunday. According to the Costa Rican Football Federation, that happened because the station – Radio Columbia – was not an official sponsor of the team. The station, however, claimed the ban had been put in place due to recent criticisms its journalists had made about the team. In any case, both parts met at the end of the day and the ban was lifted. Maybe they just became an official sponsor, then? Or will they stop criticizing the team?
