Porras could be ready for Germany

Physical trainer Francisco Uribe believes goalkeeper Jose Francisco Porras will be ready to start the match against Germany on June 9 if coach Alexandre Guimaraes decides to use him. Porras sat out for the fourth straight day on Wednesday, after pulling a muscle in training earlier this week. “I already did some exercises and did not feel any pain, but when I apply some pressure to the area it still bothers me,” said the goalkeeper. Should Porras be unavailable, goalkeeper Alvaro Mesen will continue to defend the Costa Rica goal.
