Off to Spain
May 22nd, 2006 | By: Bruno | No Comments »
The Costa Rican National Team travels this Tuesday to Spain, where it will face Catalunya in a friendly match on Wednesday. Coach Alexandre Guimaraes has been pleased so far with the progress his players have shown since arriving in Germany last week. He knows the players will have to quickly adapt to different match conditions during the three games in the first stage of the World Cup finals if it is to advance. We’ll just have to wait and see if the team can keep the concentration and control its anxiety prior to the debut on June 9.
